New Eyes, Refreshed Prayers!

Yesterday I was printing out some of the wonderful scripture patches from some of our recent orders! I love each of them!

What a wonderful blessing! A blessing that could easily be missed. A blessing that has been missed in the past. As I continue to ask God for His eyes, His heart and to see His blessings all around me, this is one that is pretty special.

I choose to see it. Embrace it. Praise Him for it!

All these wonderful bits of His word! And not only bits of His word, but each is associated with the name of a child! One of His beloved....

As I read through each scripture word for word, it becomes a prayer for the child who's name is also written. His word comes to life in a new way. My eyes opened...my prayers refreshed. Here are a few...

Allie Shae ~ "He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust; his truth shall by thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day." Psalm 91:4-5

Griffin Tate ~"Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. Do everything in love." 1 Cor. 16:13-14

Mahayla Faith ~ "Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings." Psalm 17:8

Alexis Rae ~"The Lord will watch over your life no matter where you go, both now and forever." Psalm 121:8

Adalyn Joy ~"These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and your joy may be full." John 15:11

We've always prayed over our dolls and the children receiving them, but I thank you Lord for new eyes. Thank you for the opportunity to pray for each of these children in the fullness of your Spirit!

May each of you be blessed today. May we each seek to know Him more!

Too Cute...Tuesday!

Hi! I just wanted to let you know how much we love the doll we bought for our daughter, Anna Grace! It was the perfect gift to celebrate the two year anniversary of her adoption day. Thank you so much for the love and care you put into your dolls. They mean so much to those of us giving and receiving them!

Boy, I did not think that I would be announcing the winner of this bed an entire week later than expected!

Reminds me of how much we think we know...when we really don't know anything! =)

God has His purposes however and I trust in them! I praise Him for the healing He has given my body. I praise Him for the protection in health over my family! Thank you Lord!

This morning as I chose the winner of the Baby be Blessed doll bed, I smiled as I noticed that the amount raised was the exact amount that the bed would have been sold for on our site! Isn't that funny? God is awesome!

So Sorry!

Monday afternoon I came down with what I thought was the flu. Actually I think I did have the flu and then as the Dr. confirmed with an awful swab of the throat this morning...strep.

Since we were out of town for an extended weekend and then getting sick on Monday, the ol' inbox is pretty full! Plus I know that I still need to draw for the bed giveaway...
